First Aid
Use First Aid primarily for annotation and revision. It serves as an excellent foundation for repeated revisions throughout preparation.
One Nepali PYQ Book
It does not matter which one you choose. Most Nepali PYQ books are based on memory-based questions and serve the same purpose. Use one of them thoroughly—it is a must-have resource.
ROAMS
ROAMS covers several areas that First Aid does not. Focus mainly on the subjects and topics that are inadequately covered in First Aid rather than trying to study everything from both books.
